Community menace, 18, gets a three-year Asbo.
James Hallett, left, 18, was given a three-year Asbo by Caerphilly magistrates, after a series of nuisance and anti-social incidents towards residents, thought to have been alcohol related, over a three-year period.
The teenager was given the order under the four strikes process set up by the Safer Caerphilly Community Safety Partnership and after he failed to sign an acceptable behaviour contract (ABC).
The Asbo will prohibit the teenager, of Waunllwyn Crecent, Blackwood, to act in an anti-social manner towards anyone within the Caerphilly borough.
Pc Gareth Jones, crime and disorder reduction officer for Blackwood, said: "The application for this order and its successful conclusion shows that those responsible for committing acts of anti-social behaviour will be targeted by the police and partners."
