Commissioner for completing projects till June 30.

SARGODHA -- Commissioner Sargodha, Nadeem Mehboob has directed the officials concerned for completion of all development projects till June 30.

The Commissioner, chairing a meeting to review the development progress of different projects directed all the four DCOs to expedite work and complete all on-going schemes by June 20.

The meeting was informed that under land revenue collection a total Rs 907.6 million out of Rs 1.1665 billion had been recovered, adding that Rs 90 million were also recovered during the month of May and total 78 percent recovery target has been achieved.

It was further briefed that eighty percent target of Abiana and 53 percent Agriculture tax target has been completed so far.

A total 80 percent target in favor of stamp duty and 84 percent from Registration fee while 142 percent target of Capital Value Tax has also been achieved.

The Punjab government had allocated Rs 11.42 billion for 2732 infrastructure development schemes of the division while Rs 9.47 billion had been spent till May.
