BEIRUT: Government Commissioner at the Military Tribunal Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit Friday against two men suspected of collaborating with Israel and breaching banking secrecy laws. Arrested suspect Mounir S. and his fugitive brother Michel S. allegedly collaborated with Israel and provided it with secret information about bank accounts at the bank where they worked. The file was referred to First Military Investigative Magistrate Riad Bou Ghida and if condemned, the two brothers could face the death penalty. -- The Daily Star
