Commerce Energy and PolyBrite Announce Joint Marketing Arrangement.

COSTA MESA, Calif. -- Commerce Energy Group, Inc. (Amex:EGR) today announced that it has entered into a joint marketing arrangement with PolyBrite International, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Goeken Group Corp.

Commerce will market long-lasting, energy-saving, mercury-free LED light bulbs developed by PolyBrite, under the Borealis brand, through its corporate Web site,
