Coming soon ... online referrals. (Go Ask ALACE).
We are pleased to tell you the exciting news that we are in the final stages of developing online referrals. Members who have a current active membership will have the option to be listed on the ALACE website and receive online referrals from parents who are seeking a labor assistant or childbirth educator. If you have an active membership, you should have received a letter recently announcing this news. If you have not returned the questionnaire that was enclosed with the letter, please do so as soon as possible. We are using the information received from current active members to make final design decisions regarding the format of online referrals. Inactive members and people whose memberships have lapsed will receive the questionnaire in the coming months.
We estimate that referrals will be available online in March or April of 2002. ALACE welcomes your feedback as we implement this new service. Feel free to call us at (617) 441-2500 or e-mail alacehq@aol.com with comments or suggestions of websites we should consider linking with or suggestions about the website in general.
Also, you can now use www.alace.org to reach the ALACE website, which has recently been updated. Take a look at our current bookstore catalog.
