Comcast to Conduct Trial of Buzztime(R) Trivia Game Channel in Baltimore Area.

Buzztime Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of NTN Communications , announced that it will conduct a technical trial of the Buzztime(R) Trivia Channel, an interactive television game channel, with Comcast Digital Cable customers in Maryland's Harford and Howard Counties beginning later this month.

The Buzztime Trivia Channel is currently available to digital cable subscribers of Susquehanna Communications in York, Penn., and Williamsport, Penn., and digital cable subscribers of Time Warner Cable of Maine in Portland, Maine.

The Buzztime Trivia Channel features six categories of play-along trivia games for players of varying interests and ability levels with real-time competition and rankings among households. Buzztime game play categories include TV Trivia, History Trivia, Kids Only Trivia(R), Music Trivia, Sports Trivia(TM) and Countdown(R) -- the longest running interactive trivia game in the world. Buzztime trivia game players simultaneously compete with other homes on participating digital cable systems. The channel provides players with local and national real-time rankings throughout each competition to create a one-of-a-kind connected user experience.
