Colour therapy in the spotlight.
Dubai's lifestyle store Irony Home recently hosted a workshop on 'Colour Therapy for Homes'. Held at Irony Home's store within The Dubai Mall in association with Spadunya, the workshop gave participants an insight into how colours can be used to enhance one's well-being and the colours that are best suited for home decor.
Participants were briefed on how colours can be used to relieve people of stress and anxiety, and in some cases, even heal disease conditions. Rima Dardenne, founder and owner of Irony Home said: "Irony Home offers a number of options to accessorise your home. In association with Spadunya, who are the first to introduce this new and therapeutic concept of colour therapy in the region, our aim is to introduce people to the fact that our mental and physical well being is linked to the light and colours we are exposed to. By using the right combination of colours one is positively affected, and this is what we focused on for the session."
