"Colo's Story: The Life of One Grand Gorilla" has been released in hardcover from Columbus Zoo Books for Young Readers as the third new title in the series, and it has been selected by the Junior Library Guild as a Spring 2011 selection of best books for youth this season. The paperback edition received a positive review from this source previously, and the hardback edition is equally noteworthy. The story of Colo, the first baby gorilla to be raised in captivity is told in prose and many expressive color and black and white photos. Young readers age 10 and up will enjoy this true story about a wonderful gorilla whose fame precedes her. In addition to the trade softcover (9780984155453, $8.95), an Ebook edition is also available (978984155460, $14.25).
