Colliers inks $4.5m lease.
In a very cool midtown Manhattan office leasing transaction, York International Corporation, a leading international manufacturer, seller and service provider of HVAC equipment, has leased the entire 41st floor comprising 12,058 square feet of space at the Lincoln Building, 60 East 42nd Street, for its Eastern Region Sales and Service Office.The firm, a Fortune 500 company, was represented in the long-term leasing transaction valued at approximately $4.5 million by Colliers ABR, Inc.'s Executive Managing Director James Frederick and Managing Director Richard Michaels. The landlord, Lincoln Building Associates, was represented by Kevin Driscoll of Newmark & Company Real Estate.
York International expects to relocate from its smaller offices at 420 Lexington Ave. before the end of the year.
