Coldwell Banker finds web partners.
Coldwell Banker Commercial has partnered with the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and Catylist Real Estate Software Inc. to market Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate listings on the CCIMnet website at www.ccimnet.com.As a result of this arrangement, the CCIMnet website now contains the Coldwell Banker Commercial nationwide inventory of for-sale and for-lease properties.
"This arrangement exposes the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand's listing inventory to more investors," said George Slusser, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
"CCIMnet is a leading source of commercial real estate listings and we are pleased to offer our affiliates additional exposure for their property listings."
Coldwell Banker Commercial, a long-time sponsor of the CCIM Institute and a champion of the CCIM designation, is a natural fit for CCIMNet. Currently, more than 800 Coldwell Banker Commercial associates across the United States are CCIM designees or candidates, more than any other national commercial real estate organization.
