Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro, LLC announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 600 South Dobson, Building E in Chandler, Fla. for $1.2 million.

Pete Rich and Bill Seifert, of Coldwell Banker, represented the seller in the transaction;

* The sale of 2091 Sprint Boulevard in Apopka, Fla. for $1 million. Jeff Tanner, Allison Reynolds and Craig Duke, of Coldwell Banker, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 100 Goodlette Road South in Naples, Fla. for $3 million. Mike Carr, Sr., of Coldwell Banker, represented the seller in the transaction;

* The sale of 6980 CR 80 in Alva, Fla. for $5 million. Bob Roberge, of Coldwell Banker, represented the buyer in the transaction.
