Coalition to promote global warming goals.
By enacting these policy options, many new green-collar jobs can be created, the statewide coalition of organizations and individuals said in a news release.
Coalition members plan to travel to communities around the state during the next three months to discuss the climate crisis and share the opportunity of green-collar jobs for economic development.
The first event will be Nov. 18 at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, from 7-10 p.m. Further information can be obtained at www. repowerarkansas.org.
