Co-op secures $4.5M.

Gary Kokalari, manager of Washington Mortgage Financial Group's northeast regional office, has announced the funding of a $4.5 million loan for the cooperative apartment building known as Fountains Clove Road Apartments, located at 1000 - 1100 Clove Road, Staten Island, New York. The loan was provided with a 25-year term an a self-liquidating basis.

Fountains Clove Road Apartments consists of two nine-story elevator buildings containing a total of 306 units, and three of these units are used as medical suites. Amenities include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and health club. This loan was referred to Washington Mortgage by Eugene DeGidio of Maxwell-Kates.
