Clues to pacify Iraqi public, MP.

BAGDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: National Alliance MP confirmed here today that there are initiatives for the Alliance and Iraqiya Bloc to "pacify the public and solve differences". In a statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq, MP Kareem Ilaiwee, he disclosed that "there are laws, if endorsed, will pacify the Iraqi public opinion, particularly the Federal Court and Infrastructure laws". Ilaiwee, of the al-Muwatin (The Citizen) affiliate to the Higher Islamic Council, headed by Amar al-Hakeem, disclosed that there are new initiatives by the National Alliance and Iraqiya bloc, expressing his hopes to "pacify the situation soon". Iraq is witnessing "one of the most dangerous crises" in its history after 2003, through massive protests that extended to Anbar, Salahal-Din, Ninewa, Kirkuk, Diala and Baghdad, as well as other areas in the country. The protestors demanded the release of male and female prisoners and detainees and cancellation of terrorism and de-Bthification laws and to rectify the political process in the country. 873
