Club act on squatters.

EAST FIFE football club are to build a six foot fence to shut out squatting travellers.

They've decided on the action after a fleet of caravans pitched up on their New Bayview training ground twice within the last year.

A 15-caravan group left the club facing a pounds 7000 clean-up bill after they emptied chemical toilets all over the grass.

Director Dave Marshall said, "As a result of them returning, the club now feel obligated to fence off access to the area."
