Major General Geoffrey D. Miller, Commanding General, Joint Task Force--Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, will be the keynoter for the 2004 Winter Conference Closing Breakfast. Who better to bring this year's conference to a resounding close than this patriotic speaker?


In addition to his extensive military career, Maj. Gen. Miller has been actively involved with the Boy Scouts for more than 40 years and has been awarded the Eagle Scout and Silver Bear award for distinguished service to youth. He is also the recipient of several military decorations and Service awards, including: the Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit with six Oak Leaf Clusters, Meritorious Service Medal with five Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal and Humanitarian Service Medal.

The American Correctional Association wants you to leave the 2004 Winter Conference with a feeling of accomplishment and enlightenment, and we can think of no better way to bring the conference to a close than with a delightful breakfast! The Closing Breakfast will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2004, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Guests will have one last opportunity to interact and network with others at the Conference as they enjoy a riveting address and an embracing meal. Conference attendees will receive a ticket to the Closing Breakfast upon registering, but you'll surely want to buy additional tickets in advance for family members.
