The Finnish-Swedish chocolate maker Cloetta Fazer AB is to sell its spring rolls and other food products producer Lecora AB to the Danish company Daloon AS for an undisclosed sum.

Lecora, based in Vadstena, Sweden, is a leading spring roll producer with strong market positions in both Sweden and Norway. The company has 45 employees and a turnover of SEK70m. It is part of Cloetta Fazer's Consiva AB.

The sale of Lecora is part of Cloetta Fazer's strategy of streamlining its activities.
