A 3,800-SF home in Little Rock's Cliffewood neighborhood rang up a $933,000 transaction.
Marl-Lynn Trust, led by Lynn Topp, bought the house from Richard and Paula O'Brien. The residence previously was linked with an October 2004 mortgage of $333,700 held by Riverside Mortgage Co. of Little Rock and a September 2006 mortgage of $250,000 held by Regions Bank.
The O'Briens purchased the property for $465,000 in April 2004 from Alex Golden IV and his wife, Conley.
