Clearview Federal Credit Union.

Clearview Federal Credit Union, Moon Township, Pa., hosted its first CLAAY Professional Day. CLAAY, a project of Duquesne University's Center for Competitive Workforce Development, stands for Career Literacy for the Advancement of All Youth. A total of 18 students from local Beaver County high schools visited Clearview to participate in professional teamwork exercises and learn about transitioning from high school to college or another chosen career path. Employees from Clearview's human resources and training departments spoke to the students about the importance of professionalism and communication skills in everyday situations. Several employees also spoke to the students about their own personal high school or college education and career path experiences.
