Clean-Shot set out to design a trouble-free lighted nock, and they did just that with the Nock Out[R] ($28.99/3 pack). For starters, you can deactivate the nocks for practicing purposes with a quarter turn of the nock collar. After the Nock Out has been activated, turning it off is easily done by pulling the nock straight back until you hear a click.
