Clamp down on soap sleaze.

The TV soap Emmerdale, once regarded as suitable family viewing, has sadly deteriorated into a series of unsavoury bed-hopping episodes and same-sex romantics.

I do wish our political representatives would intervene and demand the full use of the watershed to protect vulnerable younger viewers. The programme producers will go to any length to protect their ratings but the present degrading storylines have overstepped the mark and need to be culled.

There is absolutely no excuse for the continuing sequence of such alley-cat morality.
