Claeys named president of Scott Community College. (Presidents).

Dr. David Claeys is the new president of Scott Community College in Bettendorf, Iowa Claeys taught and was an administrator at Scott for 17 years until moving to the Eastern Iowa Community College District office in Davenport in 1994. There, he was executive director of technology and industrial support, a job he'll keep and merge with his duties as president of Scott. Claeys has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Southern Illinois University and a doctorate from Nova University.
