City shopper answers call in docs' fight; NEWS WIRE.

THE #juniorcontract challenge - which protests against the new junior doctors contract - has spread to Liverpool.

The social media campaign aims to raise awareness of the new contract by challenging members of the public to answer questions about the "not safe, not fair proposals".

It was launched following a dispute over the new contract for junior doctors, to be introduced in August 2016.

The contract could mean 15% pay cuts with 'normal hours' re-classed as being from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday.

Junior doctor Gashirai Kimeon-Michael Nicodemus Mbizvo stopped a shopper at a Liverpool ASDA to ask her three questions.

The viral campaign asks junior doctors to nominate three friends to do the same.
