Ryhope BELLWAY'S innovative split-level homes at its Tunstall Vale development in Ryhope may raise a few eyebrows at first, but the Aysgarth and Malham designs are imaginative and practical homes.

Available from pounds 275,000, the Malham is one of the split-level designs from Bellway that enables homes to be built on a bank, combining it with the attraction of a modern three-storey home.
