City legends reunite for star-studded Kompany testimonial.

Byline: NEIL BENNETT

AFTER 11 years of incredible service, Vincent Kompany will receive a final farewell from the City faithful tonight.

Now playing out the remainder of his football career where it all started for him at Anderlecht, Kompany will return to the Etihad for a testimonial that sees a Man City Legends side face an All Star Premier League XI.

When the Belgian signed for City in the summer of 2008 from Hamburg, few could have predicted what the following decade would bring.

With four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four EFL Cups and two Charity Shields, Kompany will go down as one of not just City's greats, but English football's as a whole.
