City Council's future agenda is set.

LIVERPOOL council leader Warren Bradley yesterday set the agenda he and his new decision-making executive board will tackle.

At their first public outing, Cllr Bradley said the 11-strong group would improve the health and education of the city by creating a prosperous city centre. He and newly-installed deputy leader, Cllr Flo Clucas, moved to defend the decision to have a designated number two.

Cllr Clucas said appointing a full time leader would attract career politicians, alienating the post from constituents.
