Citi gets Derivatives Clearing Bank of the Year Award.

BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-May 30, 2017-Citi gets Derivatives Clearing Bank of the Year Award


Citi has been awareded Derivatives Clearing Bank of the Year by GlobalCapital, the company said.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Citi has received this designation. The award was presented at the annual Americas Derivatives Awards gala in New York which honor the companies, innovations and people that have had the biggest impact on the derivatives markets in the region during the past 12 months.

Earlier this year, Risk named Citi OTC Client Clearer of the Year for the third consecutive year. In 2016, Citi was named Client Clearing Firm of the Year by FOW magazine, and Clearing Bank of the Year by Asia Risk.

Citi, the global bank, has approximately 200m customer accounts and does business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions. Citi provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
