Cincom announces release of Synchrony Desktop.
Cincom Systems has announced the release of the latest version of its Synchrony customer experience management software. The new 6.1 release extends the flexibility of the Synchrony Desktop unified platform framework by enabling individual desktops to be adaptable and customisable.
The customisation framework now allows full customisation of every user interface component. This new user interface framework includes the ability to modify the look and feel; redefine components and layouts; and change every field, button, link, object, and template based on needs. This allows each functional area, department, and group within an organisation to create multiple interfaces based on its own unique requirements.
Synchrony also supports the ability to be translated into any language, including character-based languages such as Chinese. The user interface will also support multiple simultaneous translations, which means that a single Conversation Map needs to only be built once and can then be displayed in multiple languages.
