Church saplings uprooted again.

FOR the second time in a month All Saints Church, Rhiwbina, has suffered vandalism.

A number of saplings donated and planted in front of the church by members were uprooted. These were replanted with a notice asking people to "Respect these trees". This obviously fell on deaf ears as the saplings were again uprooted. Worse still, also uprooted was a well established tree, over 10' tall, planted by a church member in memory of his late father, and about to have a commemorative plaque recording that fact. Whoever was responsible for this latest act did have the decency to leave the tree propped against the church door. Police are investigating this matter, so if anyone has any idea on the identity of the perpetrator(s) please inform them.Norman Rendle Rhiwbina
