Chuck Fruit.

Chuck Fruit, a senior adviser for Coca-Cola who has served in various roles with the beverage behemoth since 1991, has been elected to the board of media giant Gannett, the largest newspaper publisher in the United States. Fruit's election to the board of Gannett is effective immediately, bringing the total to nine directors. His roles at Atlanta-based Coca-Cola over the years have included those of senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Currently, he is a senior adviser in marketing, strategy and innovation for Coca-Cola. Fruit is also president of Gardner Williams Consulting as well as a director of the Advertising Council Inc. and TiVo.
