Choice Homes Debuts Townhome Neighborhood in Gainesville Near Atlanta.

ARLINGTON, Texas & ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2004

Choice Homes, Inc. continues to bolster its presence in Georgia with the opening of a new community, The Bluffs at Lanier, in Gainesville.

The cozy neighborhood will be comprised of 45 townhomes. The two, three and four bedroom homes range in square footage from 1360 to 1676, with prices starting in the $130s. Exteriors of the homes will feature sodded front yards and privacy fences for the back yards. All homes offer a full basement with available space to even accommodate a boat.

With the Bluffs at Lanier located in the city of Gainesville, first time homebuyers have access to a variety of recreational sites and activities close to home. Some other area attractions are Lake Lanier National Speedway, Atlanta Falcons Football Complex, Quinlan Visual Art Center and Lake Sidney Lanier, a 38,000 acre U. S. Corps of Engineers Lake with 60 recreational areas and seven commercial marinas.

The community is located near Dawsonville Hwy., Otilla Drive, and Lanier Valley Drive and is in the Hall County school district.

Models are anticipated to be available by March, 2004. Additionally, a grand opening is scheduled for late spring.
