China,Malta : 50 other Chinese families applying for residence Maltese investment through MRVP: 6 million was spent to promote Malta.
Conference in Shanghai in China, attended by Parliamentary Secretary Julia Farrugia Potelli, with 50 families applied to invest in the Maltese program MRVP-residence program and investment visas to individuals who are members of the European Union.
Among the main criteria for accepting such applications, is that people want to rent or buy a house in Malta and Gozo, buy with 250,000 in government stocks, and have at least revenue of 100,000 a year. Over two years ago set up this program were approved 140 investment application 80% of which are from China. At the conference organized by Shanghai Overseas Entry Exit, the dealer who two years ago won an international call to run this program in China, Hong Kong and Makau, with 200 attendees and individual investors.

The CEO of Shanghai Overseas Entry Exit Kevin Mao said that total in the last 24 months the company has invested 6 million on advertising Malta. "The next step is to continue to attract new investors to set up more business in Malta", explained Mao.
Roderick Cutajar, CEO of the Malta Agency for Residence and Visa to MRVA, explained how Malta is delighted with the progress made by Shanghai Overseas Exit Entry, the results show that the vast majority of applications come from this -Company are high and go through all the processes of the due diligence international.
