Chickasaw Telecom Completes First Live Billing With Martin Group's OMNIA OSS Solution.

MITCHELL, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2003

Chickasaw Telephone Company (CTC), based in Sulphur, OK, has successfully completed their first live end-user billing using Martin Group's OMNIA(TM) advanced OSS system. Chickasaw Holding Company (CHC), Oklahoma City, OK purchased OMNIA for CTC and its associated entities to manage customer care and billing, service provisioning, and facilities management.

CHC searched for a solution that would bring increased features and functionality and allow them to operate more efficiently. Under the agreement, Martin Group implemented its fully integrated OMNIA solution, as well as its OASIS(TM) module, for automated switch provisioning; a full facilities management suite; and OMNILink(TM) for online account management.

CHC also plans to implement OMNIA for other entities including their CLEC and long distance companies.
