Chase Manhattan Selects Geac SmartStream Reconciliations.

HIGH WYCOMBE, UK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 1999--

Geac Computer Corpor(TSE:GAC.) Geac today announced that following a detailed evaluation The Chase Manhattan Bank, one the largest U.S. financial institutions, has chosen SmartStream Reconciliations from Geac as their global cash reconciliation system. SmartStream Reconciliations will be installed on a single Sun server which will service the needs of the Bank world-wide from their UK operations centre based in Bournemouth, UK. Mark Cappell, Sales Director for SmartStream Reconciliations, was delighted to win another major global deal, "As a result of the long and extensive evaluation at Chase, SmartStream Reconciliations was proven to be the best solution of those evaluated."
