Charys Holding Company and Cotton Companies Announce Additional Emergency Recovery Clients.

More Than 1.2 Billion Square Feet Covered Under Preferred Client Program

ATLANTA -- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys") (OTC Bulletin Board: CHYS) announced today that Cotton Companies ("Cotton") has added two new customers, Liberty Property Trust and Parkway Properties, to its Preferred Client Program. Charys and Cotton signed an agreement for Cotton to be acquired by Charys with closing scheduled for November 15, 2006. Charys will create C&B Holding Company and integrate together Cotton and Charys' current restoration company, Crochet and Borel Services, Inc. ("C&B"). Cotton will survive as the international branding and operating entity and expects to become one of the largest companies of its kind in the world.

Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) is a real estate investment trust that owns more than 60 million square feet in more than 700 offices and industrial properties throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. The new Cotton agreement will cover 2.3 million square feet in the Houston, TX area.

Parkway Properties, a self-administered real estate investment trust specializing in operations, acquisition, ownership, management and leasing of office properties, manages commercial office buildings in eleven states across the United States. Their Houston, TX portfolio includes fifteen office buildings in the Westchase, Sugarland, Energy Corridor, Greenspoint and Galleria areas. The agreement with Cotton will cover 2.5 million square feet.
