Changing Positions

Jerry Campbell is resigning as CEO of Helena Regional Medical Center effective June 1.

He has accepted a position as CEO at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinic, which has more than 450 physicians with privileges at the hospital. It also houses Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, one of only 11 major cancer treatment centers in the nation.

Campbell, who was chosen from 20 other applicants for the position, also has worked at Johnson County Regional Hospital at Clarksville.

The hospital board is forming a search committee to find a replacement for Campbell.
