The family owned theme park has worldclass attractions, Europe's only Thomas Land, Apocalypse, voted the UK's scariest ride, Europe's first Ben 10-themed rollercoaster and a 15-acre zoo.

Its newly opened four-star 150 bedroom hotel features 15 Thomas & Friends rooms, as well as two bars and two restaurants.

The park opened in April 1950 with just one restaurant, a tea room, three hand operated rides, six rowing boats, pedal cars and a set of dodgem cars.
