Changing Marske forever; FEEDBACK.

REDCAR and Cleveland Council and the West Midlands Pension Fund are intent on changing the village of Marske beyond recognition with the housing development proposals for Marske farmland.

Historically, the building demarcation line on the south of the village is the railway line.

But under the Labour-led council, RCBC are about to change this demarcation line in their new Draft Local Plan to the A174 (Marske by-pass) and road to Saltburn from the A174 large 'four-lane end' roundabout.

This will irreversibly change the village of Marske forever as builders move in building huge developments on all of Marske's farmland north of the bypass and road to Saltburn (ie. Marske Inn Farm and Tofts Farm).

The population of Marske will double, the village will become gridlocked and the West Midlands Pension Fund will walk away with a pocket full of money at the expense of Marske residents who will have to live with the consequences.
