Global Banking News - 03 October 2017

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, has said that Change Financial Ltd. (ASX: CCA) (OTCQX: CNGFF) has qualified to trade on the OTCQX market.

Change Financial, an Australia-listed digital banking platform, has upgraded to OTCQX from the Pink market. Change Financial has commenced trading on OTCQX under the symbol 'CNGFF', effective October 2, 2017. 'We are thrilled to commence trading on the OTCQX Best Market. As a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: CCA), but 100 percent operational in the US, it makes perfect sense for us to have more effective exposure to U.S. investors,' said Ash Shilkin, managing director & CEO of Change Financial. 'We look forwarding to welcoming new investors into our high growth stock.'

Change Financial was sponsored for OTCQX by Burns Figa & Will PC, a qualified third-party firm responsible for providing guidance on OTCQX requirements and recommending membership.

Change Financial Limited is an award winning FinTech banking software provider, trading both on the Australian Securities Exchange and the US OTCQX.
