Chancellor & Hall.

Katherine Lauren Chancellor and Joshua Lynn Hall were joined in marriage at two o'clock on the afternoon of July 19, 2008, at Country Woods Baptist Church in Byram. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Stacy Andrews and Mr. Kevin Partridge.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Sandra Chancellor of Byram. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robbie Tingle and the late Fletcher Tingle and Mrs. Carol Landrum and the late Rev. Fred Chancellor.


The groom is the son of Sherry Hall of Bartlett, Tennessee and Dawn and Scott Hall of West Memphis. Arkansas. He is the grandson of Mr. Lynn Vaughn and the late Mary Vaughn and Mr. Donald Hall and the late Carlene Hall.

The bride wore a white A-line strapless organza gown. The bodice of the gown was adorned with three horizontal satin ribbons and a satin bow, with streamers that cascaded down the back of the gown until they reached the end of the chapel-length train. The bride wore an organza veil that flowed from the crown of her head to the middle of the skirt on her gown. Her bouquet consisted of white roses and green orchids.

Anna Lindsey, friend of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Natalie Johnson, Brooke Lincoln, Kelly Lynn, Leslie Shumock, and Kayla Watkins. Attendants wore sage green tea-length organza dresses accented with satin sashes at the midlines and the bottom edges. Savannah Burchfield. niece of the bride, served as the junior bridesmaid and wore a floor-length sage- green organza dress accented with a satin sash. Halea Keen. niece of the bride, served as the flower girl.


Adam Smith, friend of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen included Kent Burgess, Zach Chancellor, Bob Hall. Evan Hall, Jeff Hall, and Michael Hutchinson. Caleb Partridge served as the ring bearer.

Music was provided by Wanda McLemore and Laurie Farrish. Program attendants were Callie and Katie Partridge. Wendy Putt provided the floral arrangements and catering.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception in the family life center. The walls were covered with flowing fabric, lit by spotlights. A double stand of flowers gave the room a centerpiece with tables of food surrounding. The bride's cake was a four-tiered white cake with white icing which had bright spring flowers placed on top and along the bottom layer. Yellow and chocolate cupcakes served as the groom's cake. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents entertained the bridal party, friends, and family with a rehearsal dinner at the bride's house.

Following a honeymoon to Destin. Florida, the couple resides at home in Jackson.
