Chairman of Palestinian General Personnel Council Leaves Sultanate.

Muscat, Apr 8 (ONA)---Moosa Abu Zaid, Chairman of the General Personnel Council in the State of Palestine and his accompanying delegation left here today after a several-day visit to the Sultanate during which he met with a number of officials in the Sultanate. During his visit, an official talk's session was held between the Ministry of Civil Service and the Palestinian General Personnel Council. The Session discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing cooperation between them in the areas related to the civil service and administrative development, as well as reviewing some of the experiences and the successful administrative systems in the two countries and means of benefiting from these experiences and systems. He and his accompanying delegation were seen of by Sheikh Khalid bin Omar al-Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service, Dr. Hammad bin Hamad al-Ghafri, Advisor of the Ministry of Civil Service, Dr. Lu'ai Issa, ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Sultanate and a number of officials at the Ministry of Civil Service. ----Ends/AH/FS
