Chairman Tegeltija meets with Ambassador of Qatar to BiH Al-Khater.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zoran Tegeltija, spoke with the Qatari Ambassador to BiH Sultan Al-Khater in Sarajevo today.

During the meeting, Tegeltija informed the Ambassador of Qatar about the current political situation in BiH, and one of the main topics of discussion was the improvement of economic cooperation between the two countries.

Both sides assessed that bilateral relations between BiH and Qatar were good, but that there was plenty of room for improving economic cooperation.

Tegeltija emphasized that the Council of Ministers' commitment is to work on improving its economic and business environment in order to attract domestic and foreign investment, in accordance with its competencies.

During the meeting, Chairman Tegeltija welcomed the decision to abolish visas for BiH citizens to travel to Qatar and expressed hope that it would contribute to intensifying economic and tourism cooperation between the two countries, the Council of Ministers of BiH said.
