Century 21 Otto expands.

Century 21 Otto, a full-service realtor in Rockland County announces the expansion of its Commercial and Rental Departments.

James Manolatos, Commercial Department head said "Our approach is to target appropriate buyers that are prepared to take advantage of the good values available in today's commercial real estate market. We believe Rockland has excellent opportunities for user/owners, and Rockland's reasonable home values are attractive to the work force."

Rose Otto, Century 21 Otto's owner/broker explained that "Rockland County's geographic location places it at the crossroads of a network of modern highways linking it with most of the major New York metropolitan markets. The county, has its own reliable and accessible intra-county transportation system and is connected by frequent rail and bus service to New York City."
