Central lock management.

The CyberKey Authorizer from Videx of Corvallis, Oregon, brings network and modem capabilities to the CyberLock Access Control System. Management can control access and audit remote-site activity from a central location. Users can receive access privileges and entry authorization daily at the exterior of a building by inserting a key into the system's keyport. At the same time, a record of the previous day's activities is downloaded to a host computer. A comprehensive audit trail of all activity is stored in both locks and keys. The remote station allows a computer and a key to exchange information via a network or modem connection. 216
