The central bank of Brazil has announced that it has lowered its inflation forecast.

According to Bloomberg, the apex bank has cut its inflation forecast up until 2015. It said that the nation would grow at a 'disinflationary' pace over the next quarters.

The bank said that consumer prices would rise 6.3 percent this year and 5.8 percent in 2015 if policy makers keep the benchmark Selic rate at 11 percent.
