Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CAPS(R)) Acquires SoluNet LLC; Addition of SoluNet Facilities Marks Continued Company Growth, Commitment to Quality Admixture and Customer Support.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. ("CAPS(R)"), the industry leader in providing high quality intravenous admixture services to over 1,000 hospital and home infusion pharmacies, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the business assets of SoluNet LLC (an affiliate of Coram, Inc. ("Coram")) related to the outsourced provision of IV admixtures of Total Parenteral Nutrition, cardioplegia, renal replacement solutions, and IV drug therapies to hospital pharmacies from four locations.

"I have great admiration for the people and policies at Coram and SoluNet. SoluNet's business is a perfect addition to CAPS as we expand our network of licensed pharmacies to Connecticut, West Virginia and western New Jersey," said Eric Steen, President of CAPS. "The addition of the new SoluNet facilities, combined with our newly opened pharmacies in Orlando and New Orleans and our recently introduced controlled substance offering, will enable us to play a larger role in helping our customers improve quality and reduce cost."
