Standard Bank says that its recently launched Cellphone Banking is not only convenient, fast and reliable but it's also an easier and quicker way for clients to manage their money.

According to Surihe Gaomas-Guchu, the bank's PR & Communications Manager, this latest service reaffirms their commitment to improve their services and assist people who do not have access to formal financial services due to location, time, and personal financial conditions.

"Its an exciting time for the Bank's customers who will be experiencing the convenience of banking on their cellphones.

You can access the service through a dial-up session that can easily be accessed via any mobile phone," she said.

"Transact from your mobile phone anytime and anywhere. This service allows you to access Cellphone Banking through a dial-up session. You can use any mobile phone. Cellphone Banking is available to users on both MTC and TNMobile networks," added Gaomas-Guchu.
