While we all want to get our Christmas cards out on time, Jenny Randerson probably now realises her timing was not exactly perfect. The Liberal Democrat AM's decision to jot down messages of festive cheer while a political opponent addressed the National Assembly fell foul of the TV cameras. Many of us will empathise with her determination to complete her card-writing. But any card to Conservative group leader Nick Bourne might need to carry a 'sorry' as well as a 'Merry Christmas'.
