Catalogue offers chance to buy relatives of three-year-old stars of the season.

FOALS A COLT from the family of Workforce is one of the highlights of the December Foal Sale, which runs from November 24-27. The Norelands Stud-consigned son of Mr Greeley (lot 967) is out of the Group 3-placed Kushnarenkovo, a sister to the Derby and Arc hero's dam Soviet Moon and to Brian Boru and Kitty O'Shea.

From one of the season's star three-year-olds to another, a half-brother to Canford Cliffs, by Excellent Art (1005), is consigned by Ballylinch Stud, while European Sales Management offers a Monsun colt (847) out of Drei, Canford Cliffs' second dam.

Newsells Park Stud, which will stand Equiano for his first covering season next year, offers his half-sister from the first crop of its other stallion Mount Nelson (911). From the Irish National Stud is a Rock Of Gibraltar colt out of a sister to Fleeting Spirit (1070), and Voute Sales consigns an Oasis Dream half-brother to Utmost Respect (963).

Cheveley Park Stud has 26 foals catalogued, including a Dalakhani colt out of Coronation Stakes scorer Exclusive (871), also the dam of Echelon and Chic, from the family of Entrepreneur and Dance A Dream, a family represented again by lot 868, a Pivotal colt out of a daughter of Dance A Dream. Cheveley Park Stud also consigns a Pivotal colt out of Cherry Hinton Stakes winner Dazzle (695), a Rock Of Gibraltar half-brother to Danehurst from the same family (872), a Medicean filly out of a half-sister to Pivotal and Araafa's dam Resurgence (414), and a Kyllachy colt out of a half-sister to Byron (458).

From New England Stud is a Shamardal colt out of a winning sister to high-class pair Emperor Jones and Majlood (944), and half-sister to top-class two- and three-year-old Bakharoff.

Meadowlands Stud offers a Dark Angel colt out of Western Sky (650), herself a sister to Grand Criterium second and 2,000 Guineas third Barathea Guest.

A Duke Of Marmalade half-brother to Prix du Lupin and Criterium de Saint-Cloud winner Voix Du Nord (820) is offered by Tweenhills Stud, and another Duke Of Marmalade colt out of a Group 1 producer is Ballinahown Stud's close relation to Lillie Langtry (877).

Trickledown Stud's 65-strong draft includes a Dubawi filly out of an unraced sister to Petardia (1022) and a Green Desert colt out of high-class sprinter Millyant (1099).

Out of a Listed-placed half-sister to Elusive Wave is Jockey Hall Stud's lot 1035, a colt from the first crop of Raven's Pass; both this colt and Elusive Wave are by sons of Elusive Quality. Voute Sales offers an Invincible Spirit colt out of Ghazal, a winning sister to Elusive Quality (961).

From Silfield Bloodstock is a Royal Applause colt out of juvenile winner Dusty Moon, a sister to the useful Spotlight, from the family of Zoffany and Bulaxie (759). An Invincible Spirit half-sister to high-class miler Major Cadeaux is offered by Castletown Stud (1104).

There are 12 foals by Danehill Dancer in the catalogue, including a half-sister to Vital Equine (988), who was second in the 2,000 Guineas and the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere and hails from the family of Behkabad and Beheshtam. She is part of the dispersal of Breeding Capital plc. From Yeomanstown Stud is a Danehill Dancer filly (1186) out of a Zamindar half-sister to the dam of Arc hero Rail Link and high-class pair Crossharbour and Chelsea Manor, and also to the dam of Group 1-winning juvenile Linda's Lad.

The final foal catalogued on the Thursday (815) is a Dubawi filly from Gazeley Stud out of the smart juvenile Valjarv, who was fourth in the Lowther Stakes. She follows a Rock Of Gibraltar filly out of Listed-winning two-year-old Triskel (814) from the family of Classic Cliche and My Emma.

Lot 1073, from Horse Park Stud, is by Hurricane Run, whose first runners hit the track this year. This colt is out of a Dashing Blade half-sister to Monsun and is inbred 3x3 to Surumu. Horse Park also consigns an Azamour colt (1074) out of a half-sister to high-class juvenile Zipping from the family of Last Tycoon and Valentine Waltz, and a Royal Applause colt out of Oak Leaf (1076), Grade 1-placed in the US.

Abbeyleix Stud sells a Footstepsinthesand colt out of a half-sister to Prix de l'Opera winner Shalanaya from the family of Shergar (597).

Friday's first lot (816) is out of a half-sister to Borderlescott and is by the same sire, Compton Place, as the dual Nunthorpe Stakes winner. He is offered by Throckmorton Stud on behalf of James Clark Bloodstock.
