DIXON was described in court as having an unenviable record.

In August 2008, she was given a 12-week sentence for assaulting a police officer.

The following April, Newcastle Crown Court gave her a community order, also for assaulting a police officer. A month later she served a day in custody for assaulting and resisting a police officer.

Last October she was given custody for assaulting a police officer and three counts of common assault.

And in the November she was again jailed for assaulting and resisting police.

She has also been slapped with an Anti Social Behaviour Order and has convictions for breaching that order.
